PHH Mortgage University in Mt. Laurel and Jacksonville offers a unique resource for you to take your career to the next level – and even work towards a degree. There are over 50 training programs available covering topics in the mortgage, technical, leadership and team player development arenas. Two of our most popular courses of study include:

Sales and Loan Processor Programs: Designed to turn newly hired team players with or without prior mortgage experience into knowledgeable professionals through college-style classroom and computer training. Training includes a 2-day course entitled MAGIC ® (Make a Great Impression on the Customer) that focuses on the customer experience and how to leave a positive, lasting impression on those we serve.

In addition, our Sales Consultants and Loan Processors receive continuous education on our product and system updates throughout their career. Typically, they average 60 classroom hours per year.

Leadership Programs: Our excellent supervisory-level training ensures current team players enjoy the advantage of prepared and knowledgeable leadership, and helps future leaders learn the skills they need. A majority of our leadership positions are filled with internal candidates.

Training classes address both management and leadership skills through role playing, 360 degree feedback, progressive skill implementation and the opportunity for networking with other supervisors in the organization.

PHH University also offers:

High-tech classrooms staffed by industry experts averaging 10+ years of experience.
Introductory to advanced training in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Outlook.
The ability to access schedules, register for classes and review transcripts right from your desk.
A relationship with Rutgers University and Burlington County College in our New Jersey locations through which you can earn degree credit for completing specific courses at PHH Mortgage. For example, our partnership with Rutgers includes an on-site MBA program.
