Your benefits begin on the first day of the month following your start date. This means that if you begin with PHH Mortgage on January 23rd, for example, your benefits would start on February 1st. If you begin on January 31st, your benefits would start the following day.

Medical, Dental and Vision
A number of coverage options are provided for team players and their eligible dependants including Preferred Provider Organization and HMO medical plans and similar dental plan choices. These are designed to balance broad coverage with affordability and PHH Mortgage covers most of the cost to participate.


Life and Disability Insurance
Basic Life Insurance is paid for entirely by PHH Mortgage. Supplemental Life Insurance for the team player, their spouse and dependent children is available at competitive costs.

Business Travel Accident Insurance, paid for by PHH Mortgage, covers accidental death while traveling on company business, including travel to and from work.

Short-Term Disability may replace part of your income if you are unable to work due to disability for up to 26 weeks.

Long-Term Disability provides income coverage for disabilities that continue beyond 26 weeks.


Tuition Reimbursement
The Tuition Reimbursement Program encourages personal growth and self-improvement by providing financial assistance with the cost of continuing education.


Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts for Dependant Care and Health Care allow you to save pre-tax income to pay for qualified expenses with tax free money.


401(k) Savings Plan
This plan includes a company match; plus team players have immediate eligibility and are 100% vested after one year.


Team Player Assistance Program
This free, confidential, off-site counseling service is provided to team players and their family members seeking help when facing such issues as marital problems, financial concerns, child and elder care issues, substance abuse and stress.


Adoption Reimbursement
Adoption Reimbursement provides assistance to qualifying team players who seek to adopt a minor child.


Savings Bonds
US Savings Bonds are available through payroll deductions at many locations.


Matching Gift Program
Charitable Matching Gift Contributions allow eligible team players at many locations to “double” their charitable contributions through an employer-matching program.


“Flex-time”
Flexible Work Arrangements encourage the use of non-standard work time, and may include flex-time, telecommuting or compressed workweeks. Flexible work arrangements are available at many locations and are subject to management approval based on business needs.


Great Discounts
Team players can take advantage of a variety of discounts through programs sponsored by both PHH Mortgage and its Preferred Alliances.
